Hi there, like to live somewhere close to a beach. Don't care if townhouse, condo or house. At least 2/2. Access to a pool. Unfurnished but with washer/dryer (partially furnished I guess OK). Must take a very well-trained, totally quiet terrier mix. Moving up there in October. Actual location not hugely important other than by a beach. Prefer to stay under $2500 monthly. Thanks!
