Where is the Township Center? Isn't that what they used to call the South Walton Courthouse annex?

Also, what is your definition of a "community center?" I think of a community center being a place for people in a community to come relax, visit with others, maybe have some activities. Jewelry store and cafe sound more like a commercial center. Please enlighten us.
