You may know me from the local farmer's markets in Seaside and Rosemary Beach. I set up and sell meat from our farm Arrowhead Beef inChipley, FL and also products from my own business The Caveman's Cupboard which focuses on bone broth and organic paleo foods.

We are also making available very soon our Angus beef (corn finished) that we will offer ground beef and Rib Eye Steaks and will be ordering all-natural chicken from a supplier to have on hand as well.
