Locally raised pork. I have 3 roaster size pigs for $125 each and 2 market weight pigs for $2 lb. at approximately 200 lbs. Processing fees are separate and they will run about about $100-$150 on the big pigs. You can expect to get about 110-130 lbs of meat. I can sell by the half or whole.

Is there a processing fee for the roaster pigs?

It's up to you. Some people prefer to dress their own. I personally don't. We have three fairly local processors close by in the north end of the county and I can haul to any of them. You would be looking at about $50-$60 in processing fees.
