Tonight should be just as grand with Reed Waddle on stage. Show time is 7:00 pm. Chef Scott has whipped up a feisty special for the evening of Blackened Mahi and Shrimp over a bed of Pimiento-Cheese-Grits served with Redneck Caviar. (Yes, smell-o-vision pictures to follow. )
