Are there any really good coffee shops that are open late anywhere on 30-A?

I think the only thing opened late on 30-A are the bars (is it 1am in Walton county? Stopped the bar thing YEARS ago so I don't know the exact closing time here). There is that new coffee shop over on 98 - there was a thread about it a few months ago. Anyone know what time that closes? Starbucks in the Barnes and Noble in Destin is open until 11pm.
