I have used them for all insurance; and they have never failed to find me the best deal. That is great, but the best is the superb customer service I have received:
Recently, in the process of switching some things, an error was made and I found it after I had signed and paid. When I brought it to Lee's attention, he was immediately "on it" to see what could be done to fix it. Unfortunately, it was too late to cancel the action, and my money was in the Insurance company's hands--my present insurance was expiring, and I needed to be sure there was no time that I did not have insurance, so it meant that I would be paying twice, and waiting for the refund from the original company--before I could even completely process the situation, Lee said, "it's my error--I will pay this and you can send me the money when the cancellation refund comes in" --now, that is the kind of customer service I expect and get so seldom.
My hat's off to Lee for taking care of the problem promptly and in the best way. Needless to say, Williams Insurance will continue to get my business and I will refer everyone I come into contact with to them for good coverage, at reasonable prices, and the best customer service around!
