Jutice of the Peace or Notary for wedding ceremony

Hello everyone. I am new to the area and I am getting married in SoWal 4/25/09. I am looking for a Notary or a Justice of the Peace to perform a small ceremony. Any recommendations? I am not looking for anything long and drawn out, just short and sweet. I appreciate any suggestions. Thank you.
