It's become one of the most popular events in SoWal with tons of locals, snowbirds, weekend visitors, and professional and local vendors.

Stray cats better watch out, I now have an obnoxiously loud brass bell w/ a monkey deity on top!

That will work very well if you put it around the neck of a large dog.
