The 60-minute Jazzercise class includes a warm-up, high-energy aerobic routines, muscle-toning and cool-down stretch segment. Jazzercise combines elements of dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga, kickboxing and more to create programs for people of every age and fitness level. Participants should dress to exercise, (it is important to dress in comfortable, breathable athletic attire that does not restrict your movement and wear supportive cross-training or aerobic shoes), bring exercise mats, hand held weights, water and get ready to have fun while burning over 600 calories in 60 minutes.
