We're counting down our days until we hit Seagrove and I'm thinking that with all of the fabulous food that I plan to eat a few trips the gym would be a plus!
I know, I know just walk on the beach-thing is I like to do that best with a go cup of wine or margarita which defeats the purpose of exercise to burn extra calories!
I need some AC and a couple of cardio machines if I can find them!! I've been a good girl and steady at the gym for months now and I don't want to totally blow all of this hard work on too much good food and relaxation!
Any ideas?
