Insurance carriers for electric golf carts

Does anyone know who will insure Electric Street-Legal Golf Carts?
I tried Progressive and they do not if the vehicle goes over 20 mps. Ours goes 24!

we have both the Gem car and the electric cart insured with Allstate.

I wouldn't insure a regular car that went over 20mps. :shock:
