To the casual observer, it looks like a beautiful variation of many Sandestin communities but dig a little deeper and you will find a significant difference. Thirteen of the twenty homes have one-tenth deeded ownership. Each owner has a deed that can be sold just like any other home in Sandestin.
Inspiration has a clubhouse, a large heated and chilled pool, a hot tub, a private pier on the Bay with incredible sunset views, a fitness room, and bicycles for the owner's enjoyment.
The 4-bedroom homes are truly turn-key. They include a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, coffee, paper products, glassware, dinnerware, and a martini shaker. Each home also has two luxurious screened-in decks with views of the Bay or the Burnt Pine Golf course.
Rentals are not allowed. You buy what you and your family or friends intend to use yearly. Most importantly, you have no maintenance responsibilities. Each Fall, owners submit their calendars for the coming year. The entire process is equitable and handled by the competent Fairmont staff. Additional weeks beyond the four selected weeks and the fifth space available are offered to the owners for $750.00 per week all-inclusive.
The fees are $3586.00 quarterly. This includes EVERYTHING including taxes and especially insurance. There is nothing else to pay for, no cleaning fees, no tips. Inspiration at Sandestin can be your destination resort on the Emerald Coast for a fraction of the cost of one of these luxury homes.
