- Perform arrival inspections after housekeeping release
- Conduct thorough, standards-based inspections
- Document results and flag issues clearly and accurately
- Act as the quality control checkpoint before guests arrive
- Work closely with housekeeping teams and the General Manager
- Problem-solve quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Background in hospitality, housekeeping, or guest services
- Strong eye for detail and commitment to brand standards
- Self-starter with a sense of urgency
- Reliable, organized, and confident working independently
- Clear communicator and team player
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
- Comfortable driving a company-provided van
