Hi, I'm Saje Cox- a personal trainer who's been in the industry my entire life, thanks to my parents owning gyms in the Dothan area for over 35 years.

I taught my first class at 13 and began training full time at 17, creating my own online home fitness program at 22 with thousands of participants worldwide.
I like to focus on overall wellness for a healthy lifestyle that can be maintained through all seasons of life & have experience teaching all ages and fitness levels- as well as working around injuries or disabilities.

Growing up as a dancer and gymnast, I have a passion for including mobility, flexibility, and stretching to improve quality of life.
