Rockwell Tharp Ladies Boutique is seeking a passionate, motivated self-starter with experience in retail sales and customer service to join our team as a Full-Time Retail Sales Manager at our Sandestin, Florida location. The ideal candidate must possess a positive and outgoing personality and is extremely dependable, honest and works well in a fast-paced retail boutique environment.

Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Provide customers with product knowledge, outfit styling advice, and excellent customer service. With the goal of making each customer a repeat and loyal customer
- Creates an exciting and welcoming environment through positive communication
- Maintain a clean, organized and beautiful store during business hours
- Ability to manage website & multiple social media platforms
- Perform register sales transactions; process credit card and cash sales transaction and properly inventory each transaction
- Keyholder; ability to open and close boutique
- Perform inventory management and merchandising as needed
Qualifications, Experience and Education:
- Great sense of personal style and fashion knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant academic field preferred
- 1 year of retail experience required, experience in a high-end boutique a plus
- Enthusiastic, energetic, confident and work with a sense of urgency
- Solid communication, interpersonal and people skills
- Detail-oriented, organized and teamwork focused
- Ability to quickly & independently solve problems
- Hands-on experience with POS transactions, knowledgeable with ShopKeep platform
- Available to work weekdays, weekend, nights, and holidays
- Moderate lifting and climbing required, ability to lift up to 25 pounds
