Highway 395 North Widening & Multi-use Path

This is listed as under design. There is a lot of surveying going on there. Anyone know if that is part of design work or utility work about to happen?

Not sure, but it IS supposed to be widened and a multi-use path added. Construction will be a pain but the end result will be worth it!
