Help! Need shrubbery wacked down in rental yard. Big job. Business suggestions?

I already got one quote for $1000 (ridiculous) then after I didn't reply he went down to $800. I need a reasonable quote and can't find any companies near Santa Rosa Beach. The whole yard needs cutting back. It's really overgrown. Does anyone have a good recommendation for who to contact? Thank you in advance.
