One of my son's was driving the other's car, because we had to pick it up from the authorities. He was serving overseas and had left it with a "then fiance". Long story short, found out she had lots a boyfriends and another fiance!
(You wouldn't believe the poor soldiers, that hear this type of situation)!
Her mother called me, with the heads up! Let's just say, she had a rude awakening!
Anyway, some idiot brother of a previous area sheriff, hit the car and had no insurance!
I found a shop in Panama City and thought that it would work out. Disasterous!
Bottom line, check with the BBB, or in this case, State Attorney's office! There was a HUGE paper trail of suits and complaints!
