Has Seaside's fireworks show been canceled?

I heard that Seaside's fireworks show has been canceled due to the oil, along with other areas in Florida and Alabama???
Anyone know if this is true??

ackisner (and all), in response to your note, please be aware that the Seaside fireworks display has NOT, I repeat not, been cancelled due to the conditions in the Gulf of Mexico. Thank you for the inquiry; however, we do plan on having a fireworks display in Seaside on Sunday, July 4th. Thanks!
