GYM with Childcare?

Hi everyone,

I am new(er) to the area and a Stay at Home Mom looking for a gym. I really need one that offers short term daycare while parents work out. Is there anything like that around here? I can't drive all the way to Destin every day...is there anything along 30A? TIA.
