Guy's haircuts & women's colorist

Who does really good guys' haircuts in sowal? Not the buzz cut/crew cut variety, but really well-shaped. My son has very thick, very straight hair that requires skill in thinning.

Also, I'm looking for a good and affordable stylist/colorist. Thanks for your suggestions.

I use Sandy Mac. She's next to Ocean club at ...Tops'l ? resort across from Marriot. I can't find her number Sorry.

I did somthing very risky...actually 2 things very risky; 1) I stopped coloring my hair. 2) I went to a small town barber (NE Alabama) and had my hair trimmed. I got a Grayt cut and it cost.....$13 !!!! Shampoo, cut and dry. I used to spend $150-$300. along 30A. I think...being on a farm occassionally has brought me back to my senses.

I am guessing that you are starting out with far more to work with than my middle-aged self currently possesses.

Call Lisa, the owner of Silver Scissors, up on 98 next to South Bay Ace. She's local, been here a long time, can do all those things, and is affordable, 2673100

Also....the next day I brought hubby and the two boys (10 and 12) and they had theirs done. $35. for all three and he trimmed hubbys mustach and beard/goatee as well. All three have very thick hair and everyone is happy with their cuts.

Getting them to get a haircut, you'd think you were asking them to pull out their toe nails....watching the 12 yo...was hysterical...his face was pinched...his face was RED..I thought he was going to cry...and pouted afterwards. He got over it...all I had to do was feed him lunch.

another good suggestion is Sunny's. She does a GREAT job especially if you know what want. Located on 98 near the post office. affordable/fast A+
