I usually don`t do this but I gotta warn any potential customers. So I called to get my wife's cart in for repairs about 3 months ago. It had worn tires and the front end was way out of alignment. This company tells me we can pick it up and deliver back to you for $50.00. Ok,np. So they come and get it, do the diagnostics on it and tell me the kingpins are worn out on the front end. This is why your alignment is way out. Ok, np. So I say we need a set of new tires as well as the front end work done please. We get the cart back all seems well. Looks great, new tires, wheels are aligned.
Right away on the bill, I see the pick up and delivery is now $85.00. I explained I was told up front, this was a $50.00 charge. They said I was mis-informed. Nothing they could do. :cuss:
Fast forward 3 months to this week. My wife's cart is way out of alignment again. So I look at my receipt and no kingpins have been replaced, instead I was charged for a bushing kit. I know what a bushing kit involves now because I learned how to replace all of these on a front end so I could do this on my cart myself, which I just did yesterday.
Upon inspection of my wife`s cart front end, I noticed only the lower set bushings have been replaced and not all three sets per side. Well hell, no wonder why it`s back like it was. They didn`t do a complete bushing replacement even though I WAS CHARGED FOR IT.
I call this company and the lady said we`ll get back with your soon. I`ve heard nothing.
This is a fair warning to anybody who needs golf cart service from this company to check ,check and check the work they SAY they did and make sure your not getting screwed over.
I will NEVER use this company again. ( Electric Cart CO. ) :bang::bang:
