We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences in one of Florida’s most beautiful coastal communities.
What You’ll Do
As a Guest Service Agent, you’ll be the welcoming face of Rosemary Beach. You’ll ensure each guest feels valued and their stay exceeds expectations by:- Warmly greeting guests upon arrival and ensuring a seamless check-in/check-out experience.
- Assisting guests in selecting accommodations that best suit their needs.
- Handling guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly, collaborating with other departments when necessary.
- Providing knowledgeable recommendations about Rosemary Beach amenities, dining, and local attractions.
- Supporting the operations team to ensure every guest enjoys a memorable stay.
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about creating unforgettable guest experiences- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours — including weekends, holidays, and occasional after-hours calls.
- A positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or GED (required).
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
