The Friends of Scenic 30A invite you to join in the rebirth of The Friends as new board members will be elected at this meeting. The goal will be to flourish again to continue the Action Plan Initiatives described in our Corridor Management Plan (CMP) described below:
Protection, Maintenance and Enhancement
Transportation Panning and Safety
Education and Corridor Study
Economic Development and Tourism
Administration and History
Support
Scenic Highways Resources
State Parks and Trails
Ecology and Natural Resources
Become a Board Member, a Committee Member or a Friend of Scenic 30A at this meeting! If you wish to be considered for a Board position, please send a request to Vivian Shamel at shavivian@co.walton.fl.us or show up at the meeting.
Scenic 30A is a series of Gulfside two lane scenic corridors and 3 Designated North/South spur roads located In Walton County blending a unique mixture of both man-made and Natural environments brimming with local history and culture.
Scenic 30A needs caretaker protection. We need to ensure the vision and intent of the Florida Scenic Highway is fulfilled within the Corridor.
