There is a lot of development centered around the Hwy 331 and Hwy 20 intersection, including a proposed hotel behind Publix.

Freeport Motel project was denied by Freeport City Council.
I don't think this is an appropriate location for a hotel. Heck I'm surprised Freeport has a need for one.
