FIT4MOM is coming to Destin Commons starting April 4!
Niceville/Destin has partnered with Destin Commons and will be conducting their programs for moms that offer post-natal fitness classes for every stage of motherhood at the outdoor lifestyle center. The official grand opening and first Stroller Strides fitness class at Destin Commons will be at 8:15 a.m. on April 4th in front of the AMC Theater. Then, classes will be held weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:45 – 9:45 a.m. Owner and instructor. April Dokianos will be conducting Stroller Strides for moms along with their babies in strollers, along with playgroups afterwards.
Offering a total body workout that can be modified for any level of exercise, FIT4MOM is the country’s largest fitness program for moms. FIT4MOM classes offer a great opportunity to work out while meeting other moms, while yet keeping the classes fun for their little ones.
According to Dokianos, a mother of three and former exercise physiologist who designed the only post pregnancy physical training program in the Air Force, “We’re so excited to be expanding FIT4MOM Niceville/Destin from our existing location in Niceville, to now in Destin Commons. Whether you're a soon-to-be mother or a mom with stroller-aged children, we invite you join us for a fun, rewarding, and effective fitness program that will give you strength for motherhood!”
