The programs revolves around fitness classes and clean eating with optional functional medicine support. Very interesting program and so glad Marcia and Drew are developing a wellness program that supports a healthy lifestyle. Sometimes we all need a little help!

Fit Your Way 3 Pillar Wellness is a four month process, based upon three foundational pillars: Fitness, Nutrition and Healthcare. The group and one-on-one classes of the Fit Your Way cardio and strength program will provide the Fitness Pillar. The Plate by Zumba™ approach to clean eating will provide the principles and curriculum of the Nutritional Pillar. Finally, the Functional Healthcare Pillar will be provided through the support of Dr. Kyle and Dr. Mandy Chavers of Foundations Medical Center.
The first intro seminar was held last Sunday at Fit Your Way with a great turn out. I was there and saw several friends!
Fit Your Way is a beautiful fitness center offering Zumba classes along with TRX and other strenthening/cardio classes as well as some yoga.
You don't have to sign up for the Wellness program to benefit from some of these classes.
