Thank you for letting me be a part of your community and share with you what we can do for Walton Beach. I want to say that we are all so fortunate to live this life, where there are so many people across the world suffering and struggling to get by.
I want to emphasis about this before my shameless plug about everything that we are doing. Empathy and compassion come first for everyone involved at Sea Star Film Productions. In todays world everything is about money and that shouldn't be, life is short, we feel that we need to make a difference in this world, and its our obligation and duty to be aware, aware of our surroundings every moment we can.
At Sea Star we want to extend our service for anyone or anybody who is involved with disabled children, or childrens hospitals, charitys of any kind. We have worked in the past with burn victims, even the elderly, bringing music to hospitals. William Yeager in fact has written and recorded music that is used for healing, studying everything from wave frequencies, and how it affects our mind and body, and so if anyone of you has suggestions, please let us know.
The 30 A and surrounding area appears to be a mix of many types of people who are very dedicated and devoted patrons of art, music theatre and film.
This is why we chose this area to introduce all of our artistic visions, and we hope that many of our ideas and events will also help all of those who have taken a hit from the oil spill and the economy.
Our vision and planning is for the 30 A region and surrounding area to become an International and European destination drawing an audience of film lovers who appreciate the diverse culture of films and their stories from across the globe.
The eclectic mix of films and filmmakers from across the globe from Germany, New Zealand, Iran, Mexico, Australia and others will create a buzz about the festival and its mission " To create a celebration of human spirituality through films that awaken joy, love, compassion and have the potential to transform our lives and connect ourselves, to each other,
and to the universe."
Also Bunny Yeager will be opening her Talent Agency who will also operate as a casting director, enlisting talent, auditioning and casting local talent for National and International companies, brands, Television, films, and advertising.
If you don't know about the artist known as The Highwaymen, you must check this out. The entire panhandle has been left out of this story for over 12 years, that is until we started to get an increase in orders for the Highwaymen film. Our master DVD was corrupted and a new one had to be made and when Yeager watched his own film after not seeing it for over 10 years some starting information was revealed.
William Yeager spent 1 year documenting the Highwaymen, and in an interview with Albert Black at Tomoka State Prison, Albert Black confessed that he did in fact drive through to Mississippi and through the panhandle. Having an eye for the art, Yeager started to check all the local thrift stores and there he had discovered a Sam Newton painting worth over 8000.00 that he bought for only 10.00.
There were over 200,000 paintings sold, and although most of them have been scraped up by serious collectors, there are still thousands of undiscovered treasures. We will be announcing dates and locations next month where Yeager will be exhibiting the art, and showing the film and explaining how to find and discern an authentic Highwaymen.
The 30 A Songwriters performance and workshop is another great event, and if you have a child or young adult that wants to know what it takes to make it in the industry, or how to write a Award Winning Song, look no further then Yeager, his background and expertise is second to none.
We will be looking for volunteers for the Film Festival, and we will up-date that information also, and also we look forward to sharing with you all even more of our plans thank you for allowing us to become a part of your artistic community!
