I am a single female and am looking to rent out the upstairs of my home that I never use - it has two bedrooms, a bathroom and a loft/sitting area in the upstairs. So very private and you would have your own space. Looking for a responsible, female roommate for a 3-6 month lease - I have two Goldendoodle’s, so must like dogs. Rent would be $1100 and include all utilities (WiFi, cable, water, electricity, trash and yard maintenance). The upstairs is furnished, so it has everything one would need.
