This is a continuation of Laura’s talk from last month. Laura will lead us in guided meditation followed by group discussion of the power of the mental state on determining what is real.
After 18 years of teaching at many levels., Laura became a psychotherapist with special interest in adolescents dealing with trauma. Laura is currently leading “healing circles” for women living in shelters on the Emerald Coast.
ECMS is non-sectarian, free., and open to the public. We welcome meditators, beginners and advanced practitioners. If you are new to meditation, please arrive 15 minutes earlier at 4:15 pm for basic instruction.
