The Emerald Coast Meditation Society (ECMS) warmly welcomes our guest speaker, Pat Cummins, to our in-person meeting on Thursday, March 21, 2024 at Christ the King Episcopal Church in Santa Rosa Beach. We begin with a 30 minute silent sitting meditation in the church’s parish hall at 4:30 and end with a 5 minute meditation at 6:00 pm.
This month’s speaker is Pat Cummins, a Shamonic Breath Work Practitioner for more than 20 years and member of ECMS. According to Pat, “shamonic breathing is an inward journey that allows and encourages journeyers to access their personal wellspring of wisdom.“ Pat will guide us through this type of breath work to activate our body's chakra energy centers as a way of accessing our intuitive information about our past, present and future selves.
ECMS is non-sectarian, free and welcomes all meditators. We do accept donations for Christ the King Episcopal Church for allowing us to use the Parish Hall. If you are new to meditation and would like basic instructions, please arrive early at 4:15 pm.
