Double booked condo in FEB!

I just realized that I double-booked our 2-bedroom gulf front in SRB for the month of Feb. I am reading the other posts and see that it is crowded down here! But any help would be appreciated. I don't want to leave guests "out in the cold". Thanks!

leave them out in the cold? like any hotelier, you should 'walk' them to another place of lodging that is as nice as, or better than yours.

That is what I am trying to do! I do have some off the beach offers, but as you said, I want it as good as or better. I am willing to pay the difference to make up for my mistake.

If no one on the board has something, you could go online and check out VRBO to see what's available that is comparable, then pass it by this board if you find a few things and aren't sure of the quality compared to your place. Or even call one of the agencies in town and let them know of your dilemma and they may be able to help these people out. Agencies tend to charge more, but sounds like you may be in a pinch right now. Good luck.
