Does Mediacom throttle Netflix?

I can watch Netflix fine at home in SoWal on centurylink internet.

At my office I have mediacom, everything streams fine except Netflix too slow to stream. I re-installed app didn't help.

Anyone know if Mediacom throttles Netflix in SoWal? Or areas of SoWal?

Been using it for over 15 years and my Netflix is great. My Hulu thru media com sux. I just dropped HULU.
