Fast growing vacation rental company looking for an experienced professional.
Primary Responsibility
Responsible for the leadership and management of all aspects of vacation rental operations including owner relations & retention, guest relations, housekeeping, maintenance and month-end financial processes and forecasts. This includes the training, coaching, mentoring and motivating a team of housekeeping, maintenance and general guest/owner relations staff to maximize the profit potential of the business and ensure continued growth.
Preferred Bachelors degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent from four-year College or technical school; or a minimum of 5 years related experience as a Director of Operations or related position.
Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills and possess excellent telephone etiquette.
