39th annual Destin Seafood Festival is canceled! via Facebook announcement Oct 4
The 2017 Destin Seafood Festival has been canceled indefinitely. ALL of us at the festival are sick to our stomach that this is happening. Due to the projected path, landfall, and intensity we deem it to be a potentially unsafe enviroment. All of our vendors, patrons, and volunteer's saftey is our number one priority. Because of the projected path property owners are also implementing preparations to secure their properties which hinders our ability operate. We thank everyone for their understanding.

Here’s the deal. Our top priority is the safety of our guests, vendors, sponsors and property hosts. We will not jeopardize any of the above. As heartbreaking as it is we have canceled the event this year; unfortunately. We are sick over it. We pray the weather subsides and all the vendors and guests impacted will still enjoy Destin, as it is truly Paradise. We are looking forward to the 40th Anniversary next year!

T-shirt’s and posters will be available on the website and pending confirmation the Destin Community Center.
