Eleven of Destin?s premier restaurants and four of the South?s leading wine distributors will team with The Rotary Club of Destin to raise money for educational scholarships and the eradication of polio around the world. This Sunday?s 6th Annual Holiday Food & Wine Walkabout will be held from 2:00p.m. to 5:00p.m. at HarborWalk Village, behind the Emerald Grande, at the foot of the Destin Bridge. Come sample great food and wine, and take advantage of great prices on wine by the bottle or by the case. This is a great time to stock up on your wine supplies and to select gifts for friends and family.
This is always a fun time, benefiting a great organization. This year it is back on the harbor, and is a chance to sample wonderful food and wine while helping to support the causes of the Destin Rotary Club, including scholarships for local students, wheelchair projects in Peru, solar power for medical refrigeration in Kenya, and eradication of polio worldwide.
