Join us for an evening of food and wine with R2 Wine Company. Our Chef has created a fabulous menu with five courses of custom food and wine pairings featuring these exquisite wines. The evening begins at 7pm, and priced at $75 per person. The menu and wine pairing will be:
First Course - 2010 Vin Blanc, Yellowfin tuna and jumbo lump crab with mango avocado coulis.
Second Course - 2010 Big Bend Chardonnay, Grilled grouper, peach and jicama slaw with beurre blanc.
Third Course - 2010 Red Bird Pinot Noir, Bacon wrapped shrimp and grits with smoked octopus and mojo bbq.
Fourth Course - 2011 Rhapsody, Pork tenderloin stuffed with cherries, walnuts and pecans, sweet and purple potato purees, spinach and pan jus.
Fifth Course - Sandeman’s Founders Reserve Port Berry sabayon with crepes.
