SunQuest Cruises SOLARIS Kicks Off Spring with Crawfish Cruise
Experience a Crawfish Boil in True Emerald-Coast Style on the SOLARIS Yacht
Enjoy Cruise & Blues, Bugs & Brews on SunQuest Cruises SOLARIS’ first annual Crawfish Cruise on Sunday, March 30[SUP]th[/SUP] from 1:30 – 4:30 p.m. Guests will indulge in a spread fit for a Cajun King (or queen) as the SOLARIS chefs serve freshly boiled, perfectly seasoned crawfish while cruising the beautiful waters and listening to live blues music by Cadillac Willy.
“It’s time for some fun in the sun as we combine the best of both worlds from New Orleans and Destin,” stated James Murray, General Manager for SOLARIS. “There’s no better way to kick off spring in Destin than cruising the water and enjoying fresh seafood.”
Murray is reverting back to his Louisiana roots and taking the traditional crawfish boil to the water on the SOLARIS yacht – an experience not available anywhere else on Northwest Florida’s Gulf Coast. Patrons will enjoy exquisite coastal cuisines in a Cajun-inspired, fun environment including Crawfish with all the trimmings from corn to potatoes. A variety of cold brews will be available as a refreshing way to quench your thirst.
What’s a Crawfish Boil without live music? Voted Best Band by Destin Magazine, Emerald Coast Magazine & The BeachComber, Cadillac Willy has played all along the Emerald Coast for over 14 years. They’ve shared the stage with celebrities such as Emeril, American Idol’s Taylor Hicks and Edwin McCain to name a few. Blues music by Cadillac Willy will engulf all three decks of the SOLARIS yacht while guests eat, drink and dance.
The SOLARIS Crawfish Cruise is $42/pp including crawfish with the trimmings, live music and three-hour cruise. Boarding begins at 1 p.m. with cruise from 1:30 – 4:30 p.m. Reservations required online at www.SunQuestCruises.com or call 850.650.2519. The SOLARIS is conveniently docked at Sandestin’s Baytowne Marina.
