What is Show Me The Beef - We work as the middleman and find other cowpoolers in the area so that you can get the beef you want. You only want 1/4 of beef? How about 1/8? No problem. We are constantly finding others who want beef and matching them so everyone can enjoy the beef they want.
The Beef - We source only all natural, grass fed, organic beef from ranchers in our local area. The exact farm varies based on availability but all of it is Antibiotic and Hormone free and comes from cattle that graze on open grasslands.
