What is the current climate towards condo financing off 30-A/Destin? Has it loosened any?

25-30% down....depending on credit.

if you are looking for a primary residence then yes, a little.

if you're looking for investment property then probably not.

if you're looking to put in 5% and hold on a few months to flip, then not at all.
