The South Walton Community Council (SWCC) will kickoff the 2013 Public Forum Series on Thursday, February 28th at 7:00 PM at the Walton County Coastal Branch Library. The first speaker of the year is Commissioner Bill Chapman, newly elected in 2012 to the District 1 seat on the Board of County Commissioners. He will discuss his experiences in office to date, his views on the near and long term prospects for the County, his goals and objectives for his term in office, his priorities, key issues facing the County, development and economic growth both north and south of the Bay, the role of the TDC, and balancing tourism and quality of life for residents in South Walton. Following his presentation, Commissioner Chapman will take questions from the audience.
