Library Skills Class starts Thursday November 14 and continues on the second Thursday of each month

Walton County Coastal Library will be hosting Library Skills Class for Kids starting November 14th at 11:00 to 12:00 noon and every 2nd Thursday of each month. Library topics will be presented with a hands-on approach to learning for kids. Parents are welcome to participate. The intention is to provide students opportunity to develop skills in reading, oral communication, thinking and reasoning, ability to search out information using reference material and to develop basic library skills. Young Writers Club kicks off Friday, December 6 and continues every other Friday (Dec & Jan) at the Coastal Branch Library

Walton County Coastal Library will be hosting a Young Writers’ Club for Kids starting Friday, December 6 from 3:30 to 4:30 pm. The club will meet every other Friday for writing and sharing stories. Supplies will be provided. Please join us with friends and start exercising your writing skills, acquire and share stories, and plan for developing your writing and illustrating techniques.
