The City of Freeport will be having their annual 4th of July parade and fireworks show.
Date: Thursday, July 4, 2024
Route: Begins at Freeport Middle School track area on Kylea Laird > SR 20 > Bay Loop (83A East) > Freeport Regional Sports Complex 563 Hammock Trail East
Time: Parade begins at 4pm. SR 20 is closed to traffic at 3:45pm
Anyone who would like to participate in the parade can apply (free) using the forms on our website. freeportflorida.gov > Community Tab > City Events > 4th of July Parade
Later on, we will have our annual fireworks display in the Freeport Regional Sports Complex on the football field. Fireworks begin at 8:30pm. Food vendors will be available to purchase food. The band Catalyst will have live music and we will have 3 bounce houses for the kids to enjoy.
