Sparkling waves and soft breezes set the mood for SunQuest Cruises’s Champagne & Seafood Lunch Cruise on Friday, April 11[SUP]th[/SUP] from 12 – 3 p.m. In partnership with Coastal Wine & Spirits, SunQuest Cruises presents the ultimate way to kick off the Sandestin Wine Festival. Docked at Sandestin’s Baytowne Marina, the SOLARIS and its chefs are featuring an elaborate four-course, Gulf Coast seafood menu each paired with premium champagnes.

“The Sandestin Wine Festival is one of the most anticipated events of the year and our location just steps away makes it a perfect way to celebrate the start of the weekend,” stated James Murray, General Manager for SOLARIS.

Guests will embark on an unforgettable day that begins with a Dockside Reception at noon with Cardamom-laced Potato Pancakes with Crème Fraiche & American Sevruga Caviar, fresh mint-infused Diver Scallops and Lime & Grapefruit Ahi Tuna Ceviche. Toast to the day with Moet & Chandon’s Ice Imperial Champagne from France, a blend developed from the house’s signature crus to intensify the powerful aromas of tropical fruits.

It’s smoothly sailing for the rest of the afternoon as the SOLARIS cruises the sparkling local waters with warm coastal breezes from the sky deck and panoramic views from all three decks. The following “History Course” includes a Blue Crab, Frisse & Wild Mushroom Salad perfectly paired with Ruinart’s Blanc de Blancs Champagne from France. For the “Anchor Course”, the SOLARIS chefs will serve an iced food decadence of Lobster Claw, Jumbo Gulf Shrimp & Raw Oysters ala Geaux. The servers will pop the cork on Veuve Clicquot’s Brut Yellow Label Champagne from France.

For the final course, patrons will “Toast to the Stars” with Chandon’s ѐtoile Rosѐ Champagne from the North Coast of California, coveted by the most passionate of connoisseurs for its unique character and limited availability. Indulge in white chocolate-dipped fresh strawberries as the SOLARIS returns to the dock.

The SOLARIS Champagne & Seafood Lunch Cruise is $69/pp including a four-course meal, premium champagne pairings and three-hour cruise. The dockside reception begins at 12 p.m. with cruise from 1 – 3 p.m. Reservations required online at www.SunQuestCruises.com or call 850.650.2519.
