We had dinner at Bianco's tonite. I have to say that it goes to the top of my list of fine dining experiences here in the panhandle. Awesome food with very professional wait staff. Pricey but worth every penny given the quality and professionalism. I had the veal scallopini and my wife had the duck special. our entrees were preceded by a vichyciose(?) and a delicious tomato amd mozzarella salad. dessert was a walnut brownie with vanilla ice cream. We had a 2002 calif cab with the meal.
