Caring & Sharing is hosting its second annual Feminine Product Drive during the month of May.

Currently, Caring & Sharing receives an average of 159 requests per month for feminine products by Walton County women in need. Nearly 500 million people lack access to menstrual products and hygiene facilities in the United States. Period supplies are necessities not luxuries. With as many as 1 in 6 women between the ages of 12-44 living below the poverty line in the state of Florida (2021 numbers), the need for accessible feminine products is great. In Florida one-third of low-income women report missing school, work, or similar commitmentsdue to lack of access to feminine supplies.

Help us reach our goal of collecting a three month supply of feminine products for our community in need of these items in recognition of Period Poverty Awareness Week (May 20-28, 2024)!

Items can be dropped off at Caring & Sharing Monday - Friday 9AM to 4PM and at other participating locations (coming soon). You can also donate through our Amazon Wish List here:
