Anyone but Ward......treats his employees like cr*p while making a lot of mulah... Example.....decided not to have a christmas party a few years ago after approving it for the staff. It was already booked and the staff had to pay for it out of their own pocket....scum....
Did not know Ward treated his employees like crap, but he has great bed side manner and seems to be well respected by the Doc's I know, Dr. Phlaum good at what he does but I did not like him due to him not explaining result with me after catherazation. Lacked bed side manner when he did talk to me.
Not sure where you heard this. Sacred Heart throws a huge Christmas party every year that ought to trump anything Ward would throw and it is free to everyone in the system as well as families. I have had nothing but great interaction with him.

Very familiar with several people that have worked for him. Very familiar with Sacred since I use to work for them. Very familiar with the past regional managers that oversaw his practice.
Sacred does have large Christmas parties. However, a few years ago, SHHPENS decided due to financial restraints they would forego the party. Dr. Ward agreed to pay for his staff to have their own party. They put together a budget that he approved and booked a location. Just a few days before the party, he decided that he wouldn't pay for it. The employees ended up having to pay out of their pockets (which aren't nearly as deep as his) for the party. So much for Christmas Cheer.
His skills as a Cardiologist are not in question....his morality is....
Well, I think this was the original question. I am not sure what his version of the event is, but again, I have never found him to be 'amoral'. He would be on top of my list of local cardiologists to see if I needed one.

Unless you are looking for a XMAS party invite or investment advise because Dr. Ward makes alot of mulah, you would do yourself much good by seeing Dr. Ward. He is a world class cardiologist who will give you attention and all the time you need for questions and support. He is highly respected by his colleagues.
