Hello. I'm looking for recommedations for both purchase and installation of care stereo replacement for a '97 BMW. Should I buy on line (Crutchfield? ) or are there reputable local sources that aren't too expensive. And if I buy on line, are there local installers? Thanks for the help.

I have a lot of experience installing car stereo's. Crutchfield is a very good place to order a cd player. When buying a new car stereo, make sure you have all the parts for a complete install, a dash fitment kit and a wire harness adapter so you don't have to cut wires.
