Camp Helen State Park Ranger-Led Kayak Eco Tours

Camp Helen State Park invites you to go beyond your park visit, joining Park Ranger staff for a leisurely 90-minute Kayak Eco Tour paddle on Lake Powell, the largest Coastal Dune Lake in North America.

Beginning at 9am, learn about the history, natural communities and wildlife that make this outstanding florida water so unique and important.

Arrive at the Visitors Center 15 minutes early to complete all payment and paperwork. Space is limited. Advanced reservations are required to participate and can be done by calling Camp Helen State Park at (850) 233-5059.

Fee ($40) is payable in cash only at the time of check in and includes (single) watercraft rental, life jacket, paddle, entrance fee to park and a donation to the Friends of Camp Helen.

Additional Information: Watercraft from outside the park are not permitted. Be sure to bring sun protection and drinking water.
